Reliable commissioning through comprehensive electrical installation from a single source

Comprehensive electrical installation and commissioning of a manufacturing station by SPIE AUTOMATION.

1. Needs and Requirements Analysis
Initially, the required services and technical requirements are defined together with the customer. Plans and bills of materials are reviewed, checked, and adjusted if necessary, to create a solid basis for implementation.

2. Planning & Project Preparation
The electrical documentation is finalized. Cable routes, connection points, and control cabinet concepts are defined and coordinated with the mechanical design and control technology.

3. Installation & Coordination
Power, control, and bus cables are professionally laid and connected. In parallel, SPIE AUTOMATION coordinates with other trades – even under time pressure and in an ongoing production environment.

4. Testing, Commissioning & Optimization
Electrical tests are carried out (including DGUV and earthing measurements). Functional tests are supervised, errors are analyzed, and rectifications are implemented to ensure stable and safe commissioning.

5. Documentation & Acceptance
The technical documentation is revised and updated. After close coordination, joint acceptance with the customer takes place.
