In the &#8220;Unwinding Station&#8221; project, a radio remote control from HBC-radlomatic GmbH was to be used for the first time \u2013 instead of the previously used control pendant. The objective was clear: react quickly, provide a technically sound solution, and prove that even highly complex special requirements can be implemented reliably and at short notice.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-84a3f89 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"84a3f89\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f2b7bc9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f2b7bc9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Solution<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2971268 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2971268\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The implementation was carried out jointly by the SPIE AUTOMATION and SPIE ESCAD Austria team. The starting point was an existing project copy that had already been prepared by the client. When adapting the title page, it became apparent that the operating concept had fundamentally changed. WIMO Hebetechnik GmbH then contacted the SPIE AUTOMATION and SPIE ESCAD Austria team with specific information about the desired radio remote control. After receiving the EPLAN-ZW1 file, the detailed work began. Since not all technical details were clear at the beginning, the circuit diagram was constructively prepared \u2013 deliberately forward-looking, but without premature commitments. In parallel, it quickly became clear that implementation would not be possible without direct coordination with HBC-radlomatic GmbH. After a few days of feedback, the necessary information and the radio remote control manual were available. Based on this, the planning could be finalized, the circuit diagram adjusted, and the project fully implemented. The result is an unwinding station with an electromechanical roller drive that enables the safe rotation of coils around the horizontal axis. The end of the strip can be precisely positioned \u2013 for example, for sampling. Recesses in the rollers and guide rails allow strapping to be attached and removed even when loaded. The end customer benefits from safe and comfortable control via radio remote control, which can be easily transferred to other systems. The basis for this is a robust unwinding station with an electromechanical roller drive that enables controlled rotation of the coil. Guide rails and roller recesses allow safe handling of the strapping even when loaded, and integrated forklift pockets ensure easy transportability. The result is precise positioning options, reduced setup times, and flexible use of the system \u2013 from coil handling and testing equipment to workshops in metal and steel construction. The goal was to supplement our internal capacities, reduce project risks, and ensure efficient and standard-compliant implementation of technical requirements. The creation of the E-Plan and the risk assessment were commissioned. We find the cooperation with SPIE AUTOMATION to be very professional and reliable. Projects are implemented in a structured manner.
