production could not be guaranteed. The goal was to find an automated solution to keep production running. The process began with a visit to the customer, during which the on-site conditions were analyzed. A simplified program was developed using a demo Universal Robots robot to demonstrate how easy the robot is to program. Production can now run efficiently and without delivery delays. In addition, machine utilization was increased by 30% because the \u201ccolleague robot\u201d now also enables a third shift.
